You are strictly prohibited from using our face-swapping, AI model training, or content generation technologies to create, generate, or distribute content featuring any individual for whom you do not have explicit written permission. This includes creating content of celebrities, public figures, political figures, or any other person without their express authorization.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Our data may be stored and processed in data centers located in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
